Millie knows how to create overlays, scenes, or complex effects better than most others in EN so clearly has some tech savvy, Enna... well, she's funny and has enough traction as a streamer to stand on her own. Plus I don't think management is going to risk their company reputation and money just to make an existing streamer slightly happier. The real loser is Pako. He loves hololive so much and supports all of the council girls, but it's clear she doesn't like his design so much that she refuses to stream anymore. I thought her Kimono design was super cute too.

Sana doesn't have the motivation to stream really. She's already making a living doing something she actually loves (drawing), you would think that making Hololive-type money would be enough motivation for her to stream but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Next HoloEN hires (which I don't expect to be anytime soon since Gen2 was a total bust), they should aim once again for struggling musicians (Mori), failed idols (Kiara) or just people with too much social anxiety to successfully hold regular jobs (Gura); unlike Sana they will have a motivation to stream.
