Since this is probably being done in order to save money by consolidating management, Niji is in a tough position.
When finances are a problem it's rough but a company has to cut what is can and consolidating the branches is better than just completely offing them ( especially since it's not like the members by themselves cost the company anything).
My main worry is how much effort will go towards finding sponsorships, live 2d updates, planning events, ect. for the talents after the consolidation.
If management is actually being cut back it will be impossible to dedicate much time to everybody.
Then it becomes a situation like when a company wants to get rid of someone without firing them so they just give them meaningless work until they quit.
