I'm thinking they were all getting their 3D models done. Notice how it was every American and Canadian member of HoloEN except Gura, who was sick. They probably have a studio set up in Canada because it's a lot less volatile than America so it's the logical option. Kiara will probably have hers done when she goes back to Japan, Bae and Sana are nearby so they'll probably go to Japan at some point too, and Mori and Irys are already in Japan so no problems there. It's pretty much a given that all Council members are gonna receive 3D too so I think they figured, why not knock them all out at once. So there's gonna be this big grand ceremony where they reveal EVERYONE'S 3D.
