i personally believe he can make the current situation more amicable for everyone, especially Rushia and her fans, but because corporations are full of shit, he has hands tied behind back. I have a feeling he underestimated the beast of a monstrosity he had created and hasn't come to grips with handling it all.

Hopefully he get it together and actually invests more in support and care for the talents he has under his agency, especially in the mental care department.

he won't. he is not going to provide any kind of mental health support for talent. he won't even give them basic IT support. the talent just run all their personal and work crap on the same PC, with accounts mixed on the same box with the same installation and nobody does a goddamn thing about it. over and over it leads to leaks like what set off the rushia incident. these are their most important production systems and they literally do not give the slightest fuck about them.

cover management is an absolute fucking inferno of incompetence and the problem starts at the top with yagoo's grossly negligent "leadership". nothing will change until the board of directors tosses him into the fucking trash where he belongs.
