If you want my advice honestly, I think for EN and why they only go for established streamers now, they seem to want to make sure you'll
1) stream reliably a lot and not fall off (5+ day weeks seem to impress them a lot. You need to not skip weeks or cancel a lot of streams, maybe one or two a month. Also helps you see if you like career streaming enough to actually do it)
2) be capable of being talkative for long periods of time and friendly to your chat/people around you
3) not say some insane shit that will get them in legal trouble by being an edge lord
4) have a voice that's marketable

Just get a good looking PNG. If you do that with enough charisma it's hard not to grow in the EN community then have the numbers and stream time needed to apply. There's just too many people looking for new streamers and sticking to the ones that stand out by being abnormally talkative and friendly. Even if you just do it for a few months you'll end up with growth. The lower numbered ones just aren't at corpo status yet in terms of voice or personality or aren't streaming on a normal schedule.

I am doing multiple things.
One is actually streaming in english to get some confidence so cases of stuttering and wordlessness disappear.
Another one is doing some online courses. My English isn't that bad but the pronounciation has a long way to go. There is ton of content to look through so i am not short on those.
I was always a great public speaker but for some reason my normal voice i use in most situation is very monotone so i am giving a lot of thought to how i talk.

The way Fulgur's turned out kinda reminds me of Nina, in how her debut was mostly terrible, with a bunch of trolls calling her "based" ironically because all they care about is making people upset, and they were never going to watch her. But then she starts streaming an actual game, drops the hard kayfabe, and shows a sort of genuine passion that completely changes people's minds about her.

Granted, Nina's the one good egg in a rotten carton of a gen, so she stands out a lot harder than Fulgur probably will, but I'm sure he'll incline once people watch literally any stream other than his debut and realize "Oh, he's actually not cringe, maybe I'll give him another chance."
