Sure but the problems with American Healthcare isn't that it costs money. It's because the medical industry is allowed to set whatever bullshit prices it wants to which massively inflates costs for no reason.

When anglos talk about therapy they're almost always talking about CBT. Which is basically attempting to modify your thought patterns so that you don't default to the negative/dysfunctional trains of thought. There's a variety of ways to go about this. They're also pretty pill happy too so you can expect to get referred to a psych who'll give you an SSRI. The result is sad wagie is often turnd into content wagie.

A German guy I talked to once told me that CBT isn't super popular in Europe though. Apparently they still do a lot of psychoanalysis, which is the classic lie down on the couch thing where your therapist deduces that you want to fuck your dog or something. From what I can tell, the purpose is not to make you more functional like CBT. It's to plumb into the darkness of your soul. Which sounds metal.
