You're being pessimistic. If they just tell her the situation where she'll graduate upon a set date as a consequence of her actions, she wouldn't pass on it. Based on her twitcasting stream post-termination, she clearly cares about fans and is sorry how things turned out, no proper sendoff or anything. If they didn't terminate her and told her to issue a statement of her own about mfmf situation (a compound with Kore's leak), her mental state would be mostly fine after a short rest. Lots of holos have obviously broken NDA before, some have even talked about how they confessed to a friend that they're really a holo, but Cover is not going to fire them over something so silly. Specially not someone as profitable as Rushia. NDA was the legal justification for cutting her out. Obviously Cover didn't want her around anymore for reasons that's still not clear to us. Now, if all holos seemed to agree that there was no other way, even Marine who seemed to have tried to find a way to keep her to the very end, it's obviously something serious. The "spreading falsehoods" part might have something to do with it, but I honestly think it runs much deeper than that. The resentment she's apparently been feeling for months is the clue. No matter how I look at it, it looks as if she was making an enemy out of hololive itself and her presence was creating friction inside the company to the point of unsustainability. This incident was just the straw that broke the camel's back. Of course, that doesn't tell us who is right and wrong in the story, but I think it's pointless to try to argue about right and wrong from any perspective other than this internal conflict that was obviously going on. If I have to say my opinion, I think Rushia is probably more perpetrator than she is victim. The way she seemed to have no one on her side among the talents with only a few people even showing sympathy is a major red flag. Then there's her track record, which you know looks pretty bad for her if you've done your reps. I don't want to pass judgement on her without knowing what was really going on, but it's not easy.

I still can't get over the fact that pretty much all holos didn't give a fuck about her leaving. I genuinely cannot understand the reactions. It's implied that Cover tried to shut them up considering Pekora had to ask permission for the gen 3 stream, but even then you had people like Watame, a huge cry baby, acting like literally nothing happened.
I will never be satisfied with this conclusion of events, not until i know what really happened behind the scenes and what was leaked. Almost everything points to Rushia being an extremely bad person and i honestly can't take it, it hurts too much.

You need to double-check the timeline. Many holomems released responses before Kore released his other stream that showed the "want to disappear" menhera chat that occurred last November. They couldn't have known about that particular leak, which itself isn't as what many here think it is. Mikeneko recognizes herself as a menhera and enjoys venting like this. What she complained about may be true or a nothingburger brought on by stress and frustration with a dose of menhera headspace. Not that she doesn't name who that person she had an argument with or the person she said lied to her friend. In another DM, she vents how she is tired of work, interpersonal relations, and wants to die. And in another, she said she wants to fix her menhera. All of these point to menhera venting....

As for the NDA which got her canned, it's doubtful Cover described in great detail why Rushia's contract was terminated to the other members as a typical company wouldn't spread another employee's private that relates to an incident.
