Giving one for rushia would set precedent for any other firings. There's no way that would be allowed given all the reasons a person could be fired. It would also be a blow to talent morale for those who remain to have to give a sendoff for someone who betrayed them.

the fans only have mikeneko to blame. You supported rushia to the best of your ability, but mikeneko wasted it through her own thoughtless actions. She didn't give due consideration to Rushia's safety and obligations.
