AFAIK, that wasn't even Rushia's house anymore since it was abandoned after she bombed it with TNT (that's why it looks demolished when Haachama entered the house) Rushia's new house was that wooden shack she built at the outskirts of the server that she used as a breeding ground for foxes. There's also that PekoRushi 2nd anniversary house that Pegor built, but never was finished unfortunately.
