More than anyone in the world, I love Rushia. She was one of the biggest motivators for me to get a job, not give it up when it got difficult, do my best, and, recently, find a better job that i enjoy.
Whatever money I didn't dump into investments, I practically dumped straight over to her and her merch. I really, really do love her and will continue to. It wouldn't be a surprise if cover investigated what she told korekore, held a meeting with the talents, and told them their findings to show Rushia's reason for termination to settle an understanding for their actions and maintain their relationship with the talents. Had Rushia been fired under nebulous circumstances, the talents would hold it against Cover and it could cause the morale to drop significantly. Having a meeting with them before the termination would also provide the talents enough time to process the situation and grieve until it became official, hence the reason for many not crying.
