Same, it's such a human thing to do. It has to have been messed up. The reason the whole company and most of the entire Hololive fanbase (plus a bunch of outsiders who only had a passing knowledge of her) got hit so hard by Coco's graduation is because Coco did so much good and tried so hard all the time without exception. She arguably did the most to build a bridge between the JP and EN communities. There would probably not be a Hololive EN had she not championed the idea so hard. Coco was a trailblazer, and she really, genuinely cared about everyone she worked with, to a fault arguably. We don't have all the details about Rushia, but it is not looking at all like the same kind of tragedy. It seems to indeed be a tragedy all the same, but one that doesn't have the same kind of easy villains to point fingers at. It seems like Rushia really did do this to herself, whereas with Coco, it was a long, drawn out battle to make her mark and go out as brilliant as possible despite all the zhang shit flung at her from every direction and her own creative frustrations with the agency, and the craziest thing is that some fucking how she did exactly what she set out to do, and even now is thriving. I know Rushia fucked up, but I don't wish her ill, or that the community should forget her. I hope she finds a way to keep thriving too. I doubt she meant to screw anyone over.
