I mean, even if you look at them like the most evil, profit thirsty black company this all doesn't make sense. They not only lost their most superchated talent, but a lot of fans that gone with her, not to metion the heavy damage that the mark sustained from all this. That clause Rushia broke fucked up both sides of the equation. It would only make sense for them to enter in a agreement with the rest of the girls and try to fix some things.

They should change their crisis management process. Next time a top holo gets targeted, she shouldn't have to fend for herself. In Coco's case, she left on her own accord, but why is more important why she left in the first place, Cover didn't give her anything other that restricting and banning her from events, constantly refusing her stream ideas, and borderline harrasing her with "incidents" like, moding antis, "forgetting" to invite her to the new year event, banning EN to interact, heck, even speak her name. All they gave her was stress, yet took 50%(at best) from her revenue.
So she left on her (not so)own accord.

I know we all like to joke that Cover is a black company but at this point it really seems that way. They fire one of their most successful talents just because she has a boyfriend and they wanted to dodge drama AFTER putting out a PR notice that "talents are allowed to have boyfriends it's none of our business lol".

The NDA thing is a total excuse, lots of them have leaked their discord or slack screen and never been fired for it. None of the info in that leak was at all useful to doxxfags and it wouldn't be all that expensive/time-consuming to just hold a company wide meeting telling talents to go through the company first when doing shit like this so they can vet it for leaks. Instead they fire her to "make an example" after last week getting on their high horse and pretending like they support their talents. This is 100% black company behavior to discourage their other talents from ever having yabs like this and I wouldn't be surprised if the EOP's on Twitter figure it out and it turns into a PR nightmare for Cover when they could've just quietly waited a few months and let her contract expire on its own to save face.

See you guys in NijiEN, at least Nijisanji has fully supported Roa through 1.5 years of litigation and look forward to having her back instead of throwing her under the bus.

Forced to leave doesn't mean fired. In corporations people get shown the door all the time in all kinds of ways. In my own job I've seen so many statements of "is going to retire", "has decided to pursue other avenues", even one that said "is going to pursue his hobby as a pilot". They also move you around with the intention of you resigning on your own. It's the way corporations work. Also so they don't have to pay you a severance package.

Rushia whether accidentally or not, whether it was one time or many times, did doxx her coworkers and other Hololive staff. That is grounds to fire someone and well within Cover's rights to do so. However I also believe Cover dropped the ball with how they handled the situation from the second Mafu dropped the discord message up till now. Cover should have taken a heavy hand to the situation and assigned PR staff and a plan to Rushia and constantly monitor everything she does and steer her out of this bad situation but instead they did a passive approach and now nobody wins in the end, Rushia's career is over, Holomems are going to be affected by the fallout for months, and Cover looks increasingly incompetent and unprepared. Of course that would mean Cover would have to reflect upon itself and we know that won't happen.

>> No.19015926

Of course, OP. To make sure this doesn't happen again, Cover will now adopt a "three strikes and you're out" approach to DMing drama channels sensitive NDA-protected information that could jeopardize the future of the company and the safety of the talents.

You guys need to learn to read between the lines. Meiro was booted because she was creating a hostile work environment and they finally got sick of her shit with a lot of her past life shit coming to light before she was fired. Rushia was booted because Cover is incapable of shielding their talents from harassment or drama and it was going to impact her earning potential and the reputation of the company by breaking the GFE facade.

If it was truly about leaking confidential information there wouldn't be so many in both companies leaking their discord or roommate stuff and getting away with it unscathed. For example Millie Parfait was literally following her Nijisanji identity on her PL's YT acc and the worst that happened was she deleted it. Now if the company was looking for an excuse to get rid of her they might make up some bullshit about "NDA breach" but corporations really only enforce NDA's when it's convenient to do so.

The part about Nijisanji in the last post was just to bait retards, they both behave the same way when it comes to protecting themselves and throwing talents under the bus at the worst possible times.
