You guys realize that even if they wanted to be more outwardly supportive of her, they probably can't right? She broke NDA, which is legitimate, legal, and cut and dry grounds for firing, and I doubt any of the holos would have the capability to dispute that. Also, it's clear that Cover, who are their bosses, are going with the memoryhole approach to her firing - act like she doesn't exist. Don't you think it's possible that the reason why they don't seem outwardly impacted was because they don't want to piss off their employer, and have no grounds to do so?

Hell, it's clear that this situation has been brewing for weeks. How would we even know that the JP holos found out about the termination today like the rest of us? It could very well have been made official within the branch much earlier, and by today, the girls would've had time to feel sad off stream and regain their professionalism in time for the official announcement today. And so, they'd be able to carry out Cover's memoryhole directive much more effectively.
