Cover is a den of psychopaths who don't care about their vtubers and specially chose psychologically weak girls in order to control them better.
They don't care about their psychological health and just think of them as resources to profit from.
Once the resource has been used it is thrown away and every bad thing is pinned on it to keep the management clean of any bad thing happening to it.
Coco was the previous martyr who took the blame for multiple suit fuck-ups and endured their bullying.

The lesson to learn from this is to always have control in your relationships and to not let psychopaths have the power to destroy it.
Don't watch vtubers from big corpos, and focus on smaller indies instead.
They will be free to act and won't have these issues.
