Before you go something like "she doesn't know the weapon so it's normal!" those are like basic features which have been in MH for a long time, other than the alternate charges.

All of them are bad at it, even Luna who has played previous MHs. And I'm an autistic tryhard in these games who's idea of fun consists of optimizing every single thing, from armor set to what moves to use at what time, and gets unreasonably angry at seeing people play badly.
So I'll just not tune in to any Rise streams and hope they'll have fun with it. If they manage to get 4-way collabs they'll have a blast.
