Ina is nice and she has some wholesome energy. The issue is that some people just genuinly don't want to be so personally involved with their character or be entirely as open with their life as Kiara is. It doesn't mean they don't enjoy or love their fans, but moreso that they just have certain boundaries they'd like to have in place for themselves vs their character.
It's kinda one of the reasons I started watching Kiara over everyone else and ended up golsing like a madman, she just seemed so much more open to sharing herself instead of playing a character. That's not to say she doesn't have her 'character' moments as is example by things like her being extroverted while entertaining vs introverted personally, and I know this isn't the 'real' Kiara 100%, but her occasional emotional volitility (especially pre-birthday celebration) really did make that wall feel very small.
In the end, there's nothing wrong with loving the character any of the girls have created and you shouldn't feel bad that they sometimes need to center themselves and distance slightly. Ir's never because of the fans and moreso because they feel themselves losing that character they want to represent to themselves, so they need a minute to readjust.
