Someone has to actually write it. Someone with some modicum of talent. The girls need to be trained because they're not professional VA's etc. streaming and those holograf shorts are one thing, but professional recording from a script under supervision and direction from an actual director is another matter so that it doesn't sound like stilted shit by amateurs like a school play.

Anime is fucking expesive. Minimum $150,000++ per episode. And that's not including music, voice talents, marketing and everything else. Just the basic bitch tier animation mostly done by corean slave labor.
