Consider that the way Rushia was likely coping, at least in some way, was reassuring herself with the dying down of the twitter activity for the drama. In fact, that's incredibly likely given how she obsesses over social media. The reduction in traffic was likely one of the few reliefs she was hinging on. Seeing it all explode again probably made her feel like all of this would never, ever end in her state.
