I don't think it's comparable. Luna was a poor fit for Niji who jumped to Hololive when the latter was way smaller than it is now.

In this hypothetical scenario Wosemi jumps from doing OK in Tsunderia to Niji, where she does really good, then jumps to Holo when Holo is at the biggest it's ever been. So not only is it way more hopping around, it's also blatantly mercenary.
