As someone who streams on Twitch in the top 2%, it still isn't profitable because that makes my average concurrent views only 17 at once. You would have to have MASSIVE paypigs to make jackshit or literally be the top .1%. For context I make about 80 bucks a month from that many viewers.

4vlive is decently well known for an EN start up, also one of thier selling points is that once you pay back the money they invested into your model and stuff you're free to take your model and go indie or whatever so I imagine that would attract certain types of girls to sign up with them over their more famous competitors.
