This. NijiID's biggest downfall, ironically, was pandering to Indonesians. They hired too many people with poor English, despite English being that country's second language, so now that the EN branch is their third-most popular branch alongside JP and Virtureal (if they even count), a bunch of IDs are cut off from that because they can barely communicate. Compare that to HoloID Gen 1, who, despite the accents, knew enough English to garner an EN audience almost half a year before Holomyth even debuted
