Ok, then why hasn't she left? Why double dip if you can do just fine on your own? The problem is that the minute Mori leaves, she will stream in the way she'd like to stream. The first half month might be her trying to imitate some of the things that hooked her paypigs to begin with, but she'll drop it sooner or later citing more focus on her music as the reason. The first wave of people who watched her and donated often because they want to fuck her will drop off.
As time goes on, she'll stream less and less citing the need to focus on her music more. She may even branch out to doing more with TT and their whole crew. The people who were there for Mori will leave once she fully stops doing the things that made people come to Mori in the first place. With that, her record/song sales will drop and she'll be back to a little bit above where she was pre-Hololive.

I'm not saying she couldn't do ok for a while coasting on the fame she got to push her music sales. She would do decently for a while after leaving Hololive, but a year or two down the road it'll be back to square one for her. I know this isn't the exact same thing, but I've seen plenty of artists bust out of their fandom (and lets face it, vtubing/hololive has a fandom at this point) and stop doing work altogether with it. They hold some of the fans for a few months but see huge declines in engagement and sales pretty quickly.
