That's because Pekora just does her thing and she doesn't really have controversies. The closest was when she cried on stream about management shooting down her plans (it was assumed to be a public minecraft server) and she took a week break over it.

She just does her thing and doesn't attract trouble, so it's hard to get the board riled up about her, because /vt/ flocks to controversy like flies to shit. The biggest insult most people can drum up is that she's a "numberfag", which doesn't mean fucking anything and they would literally say that about whoever was the #1 in viewers.
