Marine - Ultimate Admiral:Age of Sail, after Subnautica streams and Rimworld it does look like she can work off games in her theme nicely and can handle strategy well.
Mumei - Age of Wonders, any part. Works for her theme even better than civ.
Kronii - Rimworld. If she plays it anything like Frostpunk, it could be gold.
Choco - She Will Punish Them. Obscure game, but will fit her theme better than anything, neuron activation guaranteed.
Everyone - Empyrion. Like minecraft but in space, with more combat, building vehicles, allows collabs too, massive random universe with explorable planets and star systems.

I'd say yume 2kki (not yume nikki), but I actually can't think of anyone besides maybe Tsukino Mito who would have the wherewithal to actually get to many particularly interesting places in the game naturally, which just takes time to the scale and level upon levels of location that you can "dive" into during exploration . Unless you are following guides, which is lame.

IMHO it is one of the best walking sims to stream because it is massive and actually dreamlike, being a collaboration between tons of contributors with differing art and expression.
