Is it ok for a vtuber to have a bf if they never mention it

>> No.18248289

Do they do idol larp and gfe, even if they're indie? Then no.
Any other case? Don't give a fuck.

I don't really see why not, and I don't think there's anything wrong with a vtuber being in a relationship. The problem arises when that vtuber is in relationship while emotionally manipulating their audience for money, because that audience will obviously not be okay with their virtual gf having an actual bf. Basically, Nyanners can take all the cock she wants, but Rushia shouldn't expect her enamored audience to be okay with it.

Yeah, but I probably won’t watch then

Reminder that real life idol agencies that everyone take as a reference don't forbid their talent to have relationship, they only ask them to keep it a secret. If it's okay for real life idols, why wouldn't it be okay for vtubers?

>> No.18249242

OP, find a real partner. The fuck you'd achieve trying to establish relationships with ANY vtuber at all? They're just there for entertainment.

Would you want to have a JAV pornstar as a gf too after watching her gangbang vids?

for vtubers they could just hire ugly girls with no bf , but for some reason they choose pretty ones who have a bf really if you think about it it's the managements fault. You could let a girl who doesnt get called cute constantly irl get to feel what its like. its a win-win in theory

>> No.18249683

It's fine, but I won't watch them.

They could hire ugly girls with no talent or they could hire pretty girls who have past streaming experience.

>> No.18249766

If they are attached and don't sell themselves as not attached its fine. But Rushia literally made over 3 million dollars USD by pretending to be not attached to anyone but her fans.

>> No.18249863

>>18248254
i would actually prefer if they were open about it rather than trying to hide it.
mostly because that opens the door for streaming as a couple which is always absolutely kino

If there is market for GFE is only because there is an audience that desires to pay for that kind of roleplay. Rushia is neither your friend or your girlfriend, but a worker who provided a roleplay service that was desired.

If these people cannot differentiate between roleplay and reality, that's on them.

IMHO, that won't work.
Less attractive gals don't have the experience to led males around (using seductive voice, carrying out company's scenario, you name it).

Attractive gals have all the experiences needed. They've been hit on since they reached puberty after all.

& having attractive gals as VAs would highly-likely motivate those 1% hardcore fans to spend their money.

Yes. They can reveal their relationship too as long as they don't rely on GFE pandering.
But I'm not spending a dime on them if they have a bf, the point of donations is to support them financially in their hobby so I see no point if they have someone already.

Only if they're going to cater to the specific niche of lonely, single men, then regardless of whether or not dating is 'allowed', they should be aware of the consequences of being caught and the implied risk to their job, so if they were smart they would either just not date and go hardcore GFE, or reject it entirely.
The payout is better but the fallout is worse, just how it is when your entire career is making men like you, and those men typically won't like hearing about the girls they like taking cock.
This isn't a problem with vtubers in particular, moreso the industry as a whole.
These incidents will always be happening though because women are way hornier than they let on lmao

And it won't matter because a) she'll never bring it up and go to great lengths to avoid it and b) she doesn't even do gfe in the first place.
It's really simple, it all comes down to never dropping your character. Absolutely zero of your real life should ever be seen, heard or mentioned on stream or social media in any way that you don't want to be known. If it ever is, then it is you that has fucked up and nothing to do with the fans reaction to your fuckup.

I think for me at least is something like this, vtubers, against classic livestreamers differenciate mostly in how apparent the degree of success that you are showing irl when you expone yourself, vtubers are an amazing way to use smoke and mirrors to hide every problem that is not a mental state or syndrome, but if you break that showing an functional human being then the profile for socially inept human stops being relatable, this is even more apparent when normies who where even more succesfull that the average jumped into the trend.

Gura, Ame and Kiara are the opposite of this, the more they share i find myself enjoying their content more.

I think it's fine for her to have a bf, I just don't want to hear about him constantly. I'd be happy if she said "I have a bf" in her channel description or something. I wouldn't be happy if he was in her chat, on her twitter replies, or mentioned in her streams, or collabs in her streams. He should be a footnote. She can have social media alt accounts where she dotes on him if she wants.
