There is nothing wrong with supporting an entertainer or artist who creates things you enjoy.
Whether you believe entertainment expenses should go under the "themselves" spending or a separate budget down the list is up to you, but either way if the majority of money spent in either category is "voluntarily giving money to someone else", that is a sign of a problem.
I believe you need to be able to justify no less than 80% of your spending with more than just "I wanted to".
