What I got from that essay was that you have to don the skins of multiple acts as an actor, which was an afront for the dogmatic Christian (?) thinking at the time, and that you also have to be some sort of Don juan yourself, giving all your love that is inexhaustible yet temporal even though people might reward it with hate. You need to know how you might navigate the world instead of stressing yourself on how the world works, and act, because there's a value in the pushing le rock itself.
