Shion for me. I think they both have a lot to gain from their friendship. There's definitely a ton of Aimbotting cheaters. They are very easy to see when you switch to their view because of how unnatural scope jumps. You can also see % of headshots with automatic weapons. Not even a pred will hit 100% headshots on an actively moving target, but an aimbot will. Going by math alone, you could theoretically be hit by 5 r301 headshots before you can physically react to visual stimulus. I honestly think she will never attempt solo master again. She does read the comments and knows that people are pissed at her current playing style, and Aqua had quitted games like ARK over negative comments before. It is pretty clear from the past 2 streams that she is not having fun at all and stopped caring about points since she is no longer returning to casuals to stop losing streaks. She is just continuing because she wants to at least show that she gave it everything she got.

She could use more skill , maybe next season if she starts earlier and uses the firing range a bit cause this time it was too late. Also she seems like a streaky player that plays better when confident/worse when not, but im not sure if thats possible to fix without a straight up coach or changing who she is as a person. Disciplined, confident and well-practiced aqua could get to master but grinding games in an almost addict fashion isn't exactly the same as directly acquiring good habits of crosshair placement or positioning sense within the team's formation. A lot more work and a lot less play. Arguably its not like anyone would care if she was plat or gold as long as shes fun and challenges herself, so dont think she has the incentive to try harder (again, playing a lot of games one after another in the same fashion isnt necessarily the same as trying hard to improve and be better, you could see how she was actually challenging herself in mario kart practice by trying to perfect a route by shadowing better players, shes not doing that in apex )

In season 7 , to get diamond 4, you need to be a top 4.37 % player, so perhaps diamond is split like this :

4.37 - 3 - D4
3 - 2 - D3
2 - 1. - D2

This is ultimately pointless since she is playing solo, say if she teamed up, she probably can get to masters. To give you some context, master ranked chuuba reid and predator rank chuuba amatsuki did a solo challenge these 2 days and they are both struggling on d3 and d3 respectively and getting titled themselves. I was replying to the anon who suggested that previous climb finishing at D3 and this one hitting D1 must mean she improved, which i proved isn't necessarily true. She could indeed be exactly top 1.5 % or top 1 % between both seasons, yet her rank could be anywhere between D4 and D1 despite meaning the same percentage-spot on the ladder.
