The real reason Nene has mayo and other foods she doesn’t like in her kitchen is probably because of Japanese hospitality of having drinks, snacks, and food stuff her kitchen for her friends that like that stuff who visit her, not because she craves it sometimes. And like you said mayo keeps in the fridge for a while so she probably bought it once for a friend or family visit and it was just still in the fridge by the time that stream happened.
