I don't think managers not watching streams is that surprising: Some girls share managers so watching them all at the same time is not really doable and also endurance streams and the like exist, and they'd be rarer if the manager had to always agree to be there for the full time. In the previous thread someone mentioned her Minecraft speedruns so I went back to the old vods. After she kills the Enderdragon for the first time, she keeps apologising to chat for being "salty" and hopes it didn't ruin the stream for anyone.

To give you background information, she was stuck at the dragon for 90 minutes, getting killed over and over again by really dumb game mechanics. Most people would have rage quit the game ages ago or blasted every profanity they could've thought of. But for Fauna, the worst thing she ever said was "stupid dragon". And that was her definition of getting too salty.
