Konami ex-employees are not allowed to mention their work with Konami on their resumes. They basically fuck over anyone who leaves the company. They also take legal action against employees or former employees who speak out against the company so it's difficult to even get a picture of how bad it is on the inside. The most evil thing they did was when Kojima Productions tried to set up health insurance for their employees through a health company and Konami somehow had enough pull to deny their application for health insurance.

For a serious answer niji is seen as more legitimate by japanese companies because they have Sony's stamp of money approval and their funding is triple Cover's. Now in terms of actual growth and revenue Cover is beating Niji really hard but the average Jap marketing boomer is going to see them as a midget company compared to their actual pull. There is another rrat that because of Holo originally skirting permissions back in the day they are on the shit list of a few companies which is plausible because JP companies are notoriously petty. All these factors combine to Cover missing out on permissions compared to Niji.

Niji permissions are usually more restricted than Holos from what i've seen, at least in the past don't really follow Nijis now.
Only a few Holo streams have had stuff like "you can't play past X chapter" or "you can't show the climax of Y" like phoenix wright character breakdowns or Persona etc.
