All you'll have to do is wait for some fellow autist to make an algorithm that goes through hundreds of hours of Ame footage (good thing we have tons of it) and use machine learning to train an AI to sound and behave just like her.

I see Mori more like "the face" of the group. Cover sees her the same way, and they push the "Mori is the MVP of HoloEN" idea because Mori is musically talented, speaks japanese, and is living in Japan so working with her is much easier.
Still, Mori had a career in animation and music before Hololive, so she could have lived a long, relatively comfy live without Hololive. In Ame's case, I'm sure becoming Amelia Watson changed her life forever, especially considering she was poor, a low-views streamer and was living off part-time jobs that made her miserable. Still, she was selected from thousands of applications without having an apparent "talent" that defined her or her set of skills. Literally a dream come true.

Her and Gura both had previous experience in the industry and were relatively successful. They are the anchors for the HoloEn Gen 1. The other 3 are relative gambles, they have some of the vtuber talents cultivated, but not the same level as the 2. Once they got the backing of a big name like holo, they exploded in popularity.

I can see from the hiring perspective that their application was better than the rest. Imagine a bank was hiring a banker and the manager had to choose between someone who was a banker and someone who was a cashier. Ina has a relatively unique and dedicated fanbase and streams at an uncontested time. She would only be vulnerable if they hired an appealing streamer that focused on EU timezone.

Kiara, proportionally, can't really get too much lower. Her only risk is losing KFP superchatters or another fluent JP speaker (especially if they still live in Japan) to steal her unique trait and become chummy with the jp branch.

Mori is also a fairly unique talent that streams at very weird times and not likely to overlap or be effected by EN 2 or even the Vsinger (likely to be a completely different musical style than her). Again her biggest risk is losing paypigs to someone else with Rushia/Lamy style appeal.

I won't debate whether you're correct or not on any individual point I'll just point out that EN's creation created a whole slew of paypigs that didn't exist in such numbers beforehand. Their respective simp-target will probably be their very first (vtuber wise) and garner the most of their firm loyalties unless they really change for the worse and their streams lower drastically in quality from whatever level they're perceived to be at now, and even then there will be the diehards that adamantly remain.
Basically the real simps, the ones that are compelled enough to donate actual money to an animu character that talks to them and pretends they give a shit about them are loyal and I don't see them jumping ship to a shiny new toy because they've already formed "the parasocial" with a gen1.
Whether gen2 generates enough growth such that it overshadows gen1 in terms of new subs i just don't see that happening. I think, like what happens to JP, if gen2 brings in entirely new viewers then ALL their numbers rise and with that a proportionate number of paypigs will spring out of the woodwork too.

tl;dr i don't think the effects on any given girl will be that drastic with the injection of new blood into the mix
