Shit's been spotty for a while, reloading stuff even more so. On top of that the one black powder factory in the US recently closed, which on top of being a major national security issue has also fucked over the muzzleloader/bpc community. It's at the point where a lot of more dedicated people are just making their own black-powder which, as fun as it'd be, might be against twitch TOS and also would be hard to do as a vtuber.

The real bottleneck is primers though.

Monetization is just a lot, lot simpler on twitch, as well as raiding encouraging a flow of viewers between channels compared to the somewhat isolated nature of YouTube. I'd argue that if you use youtube, you have to also make non-stream content since that's what the site was designed for. If you're only going to stream, just use the site that was specifically made for streaming.
