Ok so here is the blogpost about the mods I mentioned a while back. I will try to keep this a little professional to give honest feedback based on the things I've seen and heard. Yes I know that no one is perfect but there are some things you need to watch out for when working for a company otherwise it has the possibility to damage it's reputation and yes I know I have problems too, I'm posting on this god forsaken site in the first place about problematic mods for a vtuber company. I will list some pros and cons for most mods. As for any mods that will be left out it is either because I haven't noticed anything yet/ I haven't heard anything about them/forgot about them/or they aren't bad enough for me to care about writing. I will leave out the staff members as they aren't really the problem and practically have little to no interaction in the server. I would also talk about Sakana but this is about the mods right now not him, he has a ton of problems too.

I attempted to word this a bit abstractly but when it comes to certain things I can get a bit passionate so I tried to hold back.

Also quick note I am not that stupid researcher that one schizo thinks is real. I did have to do some research on a few of the mods though.

Another quick note- Containment breakers I can remember off the top of my head that have shown up in "notpippa's" streams- Cipher, Florbo, Blank, Xalamon, Archivebro(on another account), and Granthh.

Discord Mods-

Cipher
You may be expecting me to make a comment on you being black or being a furry but I don't hold it against people based on things they can't control such as race and what you get off to/enjoy(for the most part).
Pros- You are one of the mods who is more down to earth I feel and easy to deal with which is a good and a bad thing. I noticed you are slowly trying to better yourself as a mod by listening to the things that are brought up about how you act as one and I can respect that. I do have to commend you being able to handle all the racist comments that are hurled at you.
Cons- You have a bad habit of breaking containment still by directly mentioning and exposing yourself on this thread and on notpippa's twitter. Originally you were bad about the timing out of people but now you seem to be too relaxed with it and let things slide which should be dealt with.

I don't care that much whether the rumors about you being friends with Kagi and Lia but if they are true then it is a stupid move for Lia and Phase Connect to do. Nepotism never works out in the end and only causes problems in the long run for almost every party. If it isn't true then good for you, you have started an entire meme about cucking a whole chunk of a big community with 2 women at the same time. I wont bring up the problem that was brought up a lot about all of your comments being read all the time as that is a problem with Lia and not you directly.
Pros- You seem very to the point on a lot of issues and have a decent sense of wit and comedy. I don't keep track of everything that is related to all things Lia but I've heard you do a good job at being a mod in her Youtube streams. You seem to not take any shit when you deal with issues too which is something that is in dire need in this company.
Cons- I have noticed that you are constantly "poking fun" at Lia in literally every stream, while this isn't that big of an issue itself as most people do this, as a mod and "supposed friend" it just makes you look like an asshole when it is every other message. I mean if it was me I would have called you out to shut the fuck up for a bit and be nicer.

Another case of nepotism but actually confirmed in this case since people found out Kagi was one of Lia's best friends thanks to "someone" looking a little too hard. In my opinion should not have been made a mod in the first place and at one point she even admitted she didn't know why she was one. I do have to say I feel sorry for you about all the people who are trying to simp for you since it does seem a bit creepy.
Pros- I've heard you do a good job with taking care of Lia's youtube stream chat. You seem somewhat friendly and easy to approach on things. From what I've heard you are slowly starting to get better at doing some of your duties as a mod.
Cons- Very big issue that makes you unfit to be a discord mod, you have mentioned you muted the majority of the channels, it is technically your "job" to keep an eye out for things and keeping to only a few channels that you care about is not what a mod should do. Now let's talk about the Flakes fanfic, first of all it has been said multiple times that anything that happens in /pcg/ is to never be mentioned in the server no matter the reason, just because Lia mentioned it on stream doesn't make it ok for you or anyone else to do it yet it is still happening to this day. Second is that strange excited reaction you had to finding out who wrote it, I mean I know it's a joke but I would think it would be a little off-putting after reading a story about your friend literally trying to rape a fan to death while being a part of it and your supposed other "friend"(not confirmed officially still with Kap) shooting another mod(at the time) in the head. I think you need to get your act together before it gets too out of control and blows up in your face since you otherwise seem like a nice person based off of the little you talk in the server.

Pros-You seem to be able to handle a lot of the bullshit that flies in the server and that takes a big man(which is funny since you're a manlet). You know (sometimes) when it's time to tell people to cut it out so they don't get out of control.
Cons- I've noticed that you seem quite a bit conceited, while this isn't technically a bad thing you are kind of an attention whore, you were pretty bad a few months ago but a bit less as of late. Things like when you would always say that Pippa would do or say things because you mentioned them or say that she was doing things to "protect you" (I remember this being mentioned once when the Capippalist channel was acting weird and she popped in once). You seem to like to try using big words to make yourself look smart too when talking about things that interest you. Also showing up around notpippa like a few others.

You seem like an ok guy I guess but I am actually worried that you might have some sort of either brain damage or just straight up autism to do what you do and I am somewhat worried that eventually will cause some sort of problem for either Pippa, the company, or even yourself.
Pros- You seem very dedicated to Pippa and would probably to do a lot more than any sane person would do.

Ok that finished the majority of what I wanted to say about all of this. There was a little bit more I wanted to say regarding all of this but I feel like if I mentioned those things then it would make it easier to figure out who I am.

I did not write this to gain anything personally, I made it in hopes that either Sakana or the mods themselves have a chance to thoroughly read it and better themselves. Phase Connect has quickly become something I very much enjoy and I don't want it to fall apart thanks to stupid people. The company may be slowly inclining but it has been on a spiral to falling apart for a long time now whether it be people overworking themselves until they "quit", leaving the work up to a few people and have it be too much they don't even bother to enforce the rules whenever someone breaks them, to making bad decisions that can have lasting effect on the talents and fans alike.
