Not exactly, the original design's waistline starts way lower, exactly on her hips because we can pretend it's made from some body-hugging substance that grips onto the skin and it's suspended from the sleeveless vest she wears. On this cosplay it's a separate skirt and as such it needs to support itself on the hipbones, hence the higher waistline.
Luckily the lower part is accurate and that fact combined with her exposed hiplines, I can hardly contain my erection thinking about it.

Unironically, I think that might be because she needs the feedback in her ears to talk. Mics have to pretty high gain to feedback clearly if her monitor isn't boosted separately.

Kiara otoh, out of all the EN girls, has actually probably the most personal connection to the game's topic/setting at hand, with it being about a smalltime japanese RL/cosplay streamer and their challenges, insecurities and insanities that come with it, especially dealing with external hate and internal mental stability.
