I love jrpgs just like Kiara and this is what has led me to her channel. Kiara is the only streamer I have ever seen that makes a JRPG stream fun, she is the only one that makes me feel good about sharing/appreciating something with someone else. I get that it took some time for her to find her balance, but things have been great for a long time now and I think you guys also understimate her text comprehesion a lot. Fire Emblem, Sakuna and Zelda Skyward Sword had their ups and downs, but Yakuza and Nier Automata were fantastic, Ryza, Link's Awakening, Pokémon BDSP and Tales of Arise were also great. I definetely would like if she tried some classics and older games as well, but I am fine the way things are. Also, most of the games Kiara's mom suggested and said she likes that got all you guys wet in the pants is boring pretentious bullshit that isn't actually that deep or fun as you guys try to make it out to be just to sound intelligent.

It's been pretty clear since she called herself our girlfriend a year ago that she wants to have that kind of relationship with her chat, she has even said multiple times that she wants to feel "desired". The keyword being "pretend".
One anon time ago wrote about how Kiara is GFE but without the bad parts of GFs, she won't bitch to you (too much) and she won't get truly angry at you or show it on stream. Most of the meltdown she had on the skyward sword or minecraft streams, she handled it off stream for example.
But this works both ways, we are her BFs and we desire her, but also keep a safe distance from her because she's both a streamer, and uses a fake identity to stream. Even the schizoest among us will have to deal with management in meet and greet events (Unless you are an austrian then you can really stalk her, you sicko). In the end, even if everyone knows who she is, we are still interacting with "Kiara".
We desire her, approve of the things she does and support her, and that's the side of us she sees in streams. Even if one of us has a bad day and just doesn't feel in the mood to comfort her, there's always someone else out there who can pick up the slack, she will always find comfort and approval because we are "chat", not an individual, and there's always going to be someone out there who's going to try to charm her, like the fag who called her GF or blackfriction and other paypigs who send her flirty supers
She doesn't sees the side of us that would get angry at her, or the lust that could border on assault, she doesn't have to deal with our day-to-day problems or flaws. It's all pretend

One of the biggest gripes I have with a lot of Holos, not just EN, is when they're having meltdowns or pushing themselves so fucking hard. This could be avoided if they have reasonable people watching their backs that are not viewers/work colleges/managers.
Her BFF sounds like a sweetheart and I hope she pulls through and gets Kiara to not only visit the doctor as she hasn't actually scheduled anything, but also to take his advice, maybe push her into getting a voice coach or convince her to compromise her vision of what Kiara is/should be, even if just a little.

History burned some of them, some don't like the drama right now, and other just wanna fuck Kiawa, but there's others who are neutral or positive on Mori. I personally am neutral.
