After a certain point you can get a skill to summon your monster party in battle, as well as get a second monster team to double this up.
Essentially giving you Substitute from Pokemon but instead of taking HP it's just 10 MP but they can only be summoned once per battle.
But considering how rare revive items are barring a VERY tedious grind it's a great way to shield the party and deal some massive damage since the S Rank level team usually dish out 200-500 damage each.

It'll be rough on the days where she's tired from recordings/lessons etc and doesn't stream and then there's her designated break day the day after though...but anything is better than her overdoing it and having to take a break several days in a row.

I don't know. I honestly haven't kept up with HoloX at all lately, but during the period I watched her Iroha talked a bit about sankisei. Specifically Rushia and Marine iirc, but I never heard her mention Pekora.
