The rule allows transferring money to smaller accounts, but once the deposit account has the largest wallet, isn't transferring fund to rule breaking? Has the dev addressed this?
What's stopping me from asking my non-nasfaq circle to create accounts and let me manage said accounts with auto-traders, and transfer portions of their gains to my account? It's technically their accounts, not mine, and they are just following my financial advise.

I don't think I could come up with a good answer for that. I would say to open the invite to let more people in, but it's already open right now. It's really just the damage that was done.
I also wouldn't want the zaibatsu to disband just or a petty reason of considering other people's feelings, that's not just the right way for this. That would also hunt me if that were the reason one of the fun that is happening right now dies.

I'm fairly neutral about zaibatsus in general so I'll give my thoughts. There is no way to appease everybody in the first place due to the fact that any "group" leaves out someone, but the only thing that could've/could be done to mitigate those complaints is preemptively announce the idea before actually going through with it. To the first thing: that is fair, I think. The dividends sharing manifested organically after the idea was pitched and yfp offered to test it. At that point we were basically 'locked' into it.
The reason no announcement was made when the idea was forming was because we feared there would be malicious people who would intend to join the group solely to exploit it.

There was more to this: a member had to be approved by a consensus which became harder the more players joined, and (this is CRUCIAL), there were players who seemed to have their own goals, such as oshicoining extremely hard or making charts available to everyone. TFT was a player we assumed wouldn't have been interested from the start, same thing with BBB. In one case it was wrong, in the other case it was right. Basically we did not extend an invitation unless we were more or less sure that the other party would accept.

The fan was already inside the PSU (like sort of already in the right position), I just wanted to get it *just* in the right position since the fan was making an odd noise, I was only screwing one thing in.
