Because I know the general consensus around here (and one I agree with) is that the golden age of vtubing/Hololive is well behind us and it's all downhill from here.

As to what it means? I don't think it has to do with the vtubing culture but more so talking about Council's lore than anything that deep really, since they are these personas of Gods that have been there since ever or something like that.

Anon is not wrong, golden age of Hololive is behind us (3 gen debut - permission holocaust, the last embers of it faded in July 2020. I'm not saying there can't be the second one, but i highly doubt it, not with this overly corporate climate inside Cover and hololive.
