People overestimate how much they'll care about any issues going on with other companies as long as they're still popular enough to be beneficial. It's all about profit in the end. But also at the same time it isn't so much about "trust" it's that VShojo isn't as considered as much of a competition as Holo and Niji see each other.
It's not even like a difference in content or anything, it's the fact that VShojo is from Twitch while Holo and Niji are from YouTube. The platform difference does actually cause a big barrier. So VShojo collabing Holo/Niji would actually give more exposure to both sides due to the difference in audience from platforms.
