Kson has talked about wanting a bigger place before, she also talked about it as Coco during one of her last Member only streams, even going as far as saying she would absolutely move into her new place with Kanata, and that nothing could tear them apart. There might be an archive somewhere, it was the first mengen after the graduation announcement. So yeah, it’s obvious they’re moving together, finding someone you can truly get along with on the level they do is a once in a lifetime thing and they will probably still be together for a long time.

Why would she want to live alone when they rely on each so much? Kson would have to move to keep up the lie because it would be obvious if kson keeps streaming from the same house after saying they moved. The move isn't a surprise since they need storage space. Kson has boxes upon boxes of gifts in addition to their personal belongings plus they always need space for holomen to come over. With their budget having grown so much it just makes sense to upgrade to something bigger, more private, and secure.
