I guess thinking about it on a feedback perspective, where else would you look for people commenting on what Bae should work on for improvement? Reddit rarely talks about Bae and that place is pretty much a hugbox. Twitter is also a hugbox but just a shit place in general. You can't drop good feedback with their character limit. YT comments on her vids might work, but people don't really do that in general. I'm not aware of any forums/groups/discords that talk about Bae. Those places just seem less accessible compared to here.

Not to mention that /rrat/ is actually one of the most sane generals in this shithole called /vt/. Like imagine if Kronii's manager went through fucking /infinity/. Good luck with that. The mentioned namefag is nicknamed P-chan that was (lovingly) given to them after they continually made critiques on Kronii's schedule and Kronii's potential, and kept trying to police the general into only being about Kronii and not the namefags.
Except the general gave them a name which in-turn made them a namefag too. Now, either the original one has fucked off from that or they have successfully been melded into the general's culture.
P-chan, who originally just wanted to talk about Kronii's misuse of potential anonymously, now has a small bunch of "fans" and even opened up about themselves (leading many kronies to think they are in-fact a female).
Guess don't try to change /inf/ or the split will change you.

Ranged in Monhun is pretty much easy mode to the max. you take a lot more damage in exchange for doing a fuckton of damage, but in monhun you are not supposed to be hit, so if you are half decent, you can melt 99% of the monsters without effort because you shit so much damage. the supposed complex thing about ranged is types of ammo, but generally there's 4 or 3 types of broken ammo that you will spam, so it just becomes

>re-craft all your ammo

the only case where you are justified in using ranged weapon is when you fight any of the terrible boomer monsters that either fly the entire fight (all rathalos variants) or that just have really small windows and keep screaming (Khezu)

Pretty good day to be a brrat. 2 streams / 5 hours of content. I do like that she's going back to playing games again. It felt like she was less talkative to chat when playing MH but requires a lot of thinking to learn so can't fault her for that. She's definitely getting better at filling up empty space for her gaming streams. Just need to work on being a bit more engaging. Pekora and Miko are like the masters of their craft and I think Bae can get close to their level. Entertaining the EN masses is different so its a bit tough to make a 1:1 comparison.

When she said that the weapons were too slow for her, i thought she was going to settle with sword n' shield or the dual blades. Was pleasantly surprised to see her choose switch axe but it makes sense since it has boom boom capabilities but is not nearly as slow as the gunlance.

Im just glad she gave the game another shot and wasn't filtered but rather had fun this time around. Monster hunter is hard to get into as a beginner. The terrible impression last stream doesn't help.

Huh? Granted, I've played world before but I hunted khezu just last night, with weapon I never played with before. Only challenge I felt is that he's a bit fatter tan previos monsters, took 5 minutes above usual to knock him out.
I think other anon is right, there's no real challenge until monsters start to one-shot you. And theree's probably a long way before Bae gets there.
