While the talents themselves are not without blame for streaming irregularly, a lot of the problem boil down to Cover itself autistically refusing to either not localize HoloEN content production in the west or simply not hiring English speaking staff that can work with them exclusively/directly. Everything that they do seem to be a logistical nightmare that needs an unnecessary amount of intermediaries for people to get anything done.

The Direction is fairly obvious:

Assigning talents specific streaming hours and creating a regular schedule program would help with curtailing dead hours. You don't need to make some BS stream schedule that you won't follow with games that you won't play. Just pick a time when you will stream and stick to it.
>create a designated streamer list to cover for cancelled streams
Like really, this should be a given; they ARE a network and should operate on that thought process. If Gura won't stream because 'tummy hort', don't let the time slot go to waste. Have someone willing to be on call to steam with little notice. More importantly, make it known that "x will stream in my stead today" so that people have something to watch.

Where's the EN version of Holo no Graffiti? Is there even a HoloEN production team at all? A lot of these girls are barely functional adults and amateur content creators at that. Expecting them to be able to produce whatever with little assistance when most of them don't even know basic preparation procedures (let alone rehearsals) is down right incompetent. Pretending that your Japanese staff that speaks no lick of English is enough to produce content aimed at English speakers with no understanding of the cultural nuances of the Anglosphere is retarded.

As a manager, even if you think it's the talent's job to figure out what they want to do and promote it, not telling them know that they are letting their talent go to waste and that there are ways to fix that is management's failure. The case of Gura is not a matter of want. She doesn't want to deal with management or all the Japanese bureaucracy (whether its cultural, legal or something else) that comes with it. I've done this exactly once before but since the thread seems less shitposty today I'll do the growth analysis thing for NijiJP, pointing out who's in an incline and what caused it lately.

Hoshikawa (4th) is in the middle of rapid growth, this time hot off CR cup which results in a lot of moments between her, Shibuhal and BobSappAim. She utilized this well by showing off her trained APEX skills in a solo diamond challange. If she's smart she'll time the P1->Dia stream near the rank reset which may drive her up to 20k+ like Naraka a year ago who tried to hit Master under strict time limits.

Most male members in the cancelled concert has average to below-average growth since they're not streaming much lately. In addition, Kuzuha (1st) slowed down a bit from his lack of streaming.

Yorumi (32nd) inclined slightly above her average growth from a succeesful 3D collab (unlike amamya's (33rd) 3d premieres, poor girl), 3.0 reveal and still actively streaming on the concert practice days. Also she's pure sex.

Naraka (51th) has been nicely inclining ever since she tapped again onto the FPS viewerbase, off CR cup and her return stream.

Lain (56th) is in incline from a breakout cover with other Eden gumi members participating.

Lauren (61th) finally flexes his Valorant muscles and has been streaming consistently. I think Eden gumi is being boosted slightly by their half year anniv which is shilled by anycolor.

Akane (89th) has finally learned the power of #Shorts (mostly likely from Gwelu) , and is shifting to streaming less and producing more covers. This, combined Kanae shilling her on a radio program and a good-performing cover with Chima, is boosting her.

May be stop calling it debut buff, i like to call it the adaptation period where the streamers slowly reveal their cards and the viewers have a rough idea what the streamer is going to do and a solid fanbase is formed. I guess thats the problem when you're debuting multiple waves in quick succession. The older talents, except for the top ones, tend to get overshadowed. Aki and Mel went through a similar situation where they were both on break at a time when they either should be establishing their audience (Aki) or when the brand was undergoing a massive boom (Mel). I don't think she'd join Holo but there's a lot of benefits for joining. Indies don't have the breath of connections that Hololive has. Its the reason why even the VSluts have to kowtow to Holo fan animators and the OTV crew since they don't have their own self-sustaining ecosystem (yet).
