1 - Chapter 218 of Rent-a-girlfriend has the protagonist imagining his girl with other guys because they have a slight fight/misunderstanding. It would be alright and a non-thing, after all it's a normal jealous response of real people, but the chapter in question has graphic imagery of the girl fucking random guys (all of it in the guy's head.), and the scene ends with him pitching a tent and crying in sadness.

2 - Some dude on twitter made an artwork where he took one of the most graphic images of that scene and replaced the girl with Calli, and the protagonist with deadbeats (the Calli fanbase). Obviously. it's in bad taste, but most of all it gets to people because there's a degree of truth to it. People are paypigs to these girls, and they'll never be with them.

3 - Instead of ignoring said artwork, as fans themselves are told to do, Calli tried to be sarcastic and funny by commenting on the artwork and praising the technical aspects of it. She thought by ignoring the context it would be a sort of diss on the artist and his attempt to troll the fanbase. Instead, obviously, it was seen as if she was ok with the representation of her fans as cucks.

4 - After sort of trying to explain herself to a mob with pitchforks, she announced a one week "break", which is most likely a punishment from management.
