Comfy minecraft stream. I was happy to hear that she has her artist and rigger confirmed for her model. It also means she has a more clear timeline for the other stuff she needs to do. Things got a bit philosophical, and I'm always happy to hear her share her positive mindset. It did seem like someone in her life that claims to be her friend might be doing things she finds mean though.

But that’s normal I think, even though I feel the same and recently especially I started wandering if I have a harder time figuring out intention behind comments than I used to. But ultimately I think it’s just the negative side of the written word, there’s no body language, there’s no intonation to guess for sarcasm. I think being exposed to word only internet culture for so long can have general negative social effects, even transitioning to real life, depending on the environment you’ve been swimming in. I usually assume people are joking and aren’t serious when they type something that sounds too emotional, or too petty to be upset by to me, but I have been wrong on that, which can be quite shocking sometimes, as it messes up something what I took as boundaries for normalcy. Perhaps it’s best for mental health reasons to always assume a positive position, than a negative. You can’t know intent, whether it’s a joke or not without further inquiry, and if you’re not gonna go deeper then it’s better to take it lightheartedly since you’re basically taking pot shots at guessing anyway.
