Nah. And I'm pretty sure you can directly connect the lack of success/presence/popularity or Rushia type vtubers in the english language to the nearly complete non-existence of things like hostess clubs in the US.
It's nice to dream about these things but we're almost a year and a half in when it comes to popular English language vtubers and I think the best we're gonna get out of them are cute clips, some cute/catchy songs, and, down the road, some live performances. Then it'll slowly peter out as a fad for a while.
