The main thing that really bothers me about this situation is that she was there when Connor beat Jump King but she couldn't be bothered to show up on time for Ame's stream, which she had promised that she'd attend a year ahead of time. Now sure, birthdays aren't their real birthdays. They're just chuuba events. It's not even particularly unreasonable to not value it personally. But still, 1: stick to your promises, especially if you fucked up last year too, 2: think about your visibility.
Now, I think this timeloop might still happen if Mori had done the donation on her roommate account, but it would definitely reflect less badly on her. It shows that she puts her personal life ahead of her job, and it at least separates her spite from her persona. But no, that's not what she did. She used her official account to do it and then clarified that she did it out of spite. Mori is publicly displaying on her professional account that it is more important for her to express spite towards someone who slighted her than it was to show up on time to her genmate's event, with the others having to run damage control on her behalf.
If she at least showed consistency in her truancy, I would probably be a lot more forgiving. What's done is done, but I think Mori needs to spend a little less time caring about what the haters think and a little bit more about what the people who look up to her and rely on her think.
