She's unironically a NEET living with her parents so she doesn't have a lot of opportunities to make or meet friends. These days, Miko still seems to tolerate her but either she doesn't have time or others or she doesn't have time for them. Usaken was built on her and Moona's relationship and then Moona left the JP server and took all of ID with her to start her own and Pekora doesn't touch MC at all anymore. Kiara even joined Hololive because of Pekora and now literally never mentions her. The only words we can get about her from other members implies she is very busy with her own shit so making arrangements involving her is more or less impossible. Like any friendships, as people get busier, people stop making an effort to hang out and friendships fizzle.

No one talent is inherently deserving of getting everything they want than any other. I know cumbuds can't comprehend this thinking at all, but that is the philosophy. Also, it isn't Cover's fault Pekora kept rejecting outfit ideas she was given by her illustrator or that she is difficult to work with. Other people find a way to compromise with management on certain things and not budging on other things (wanting a live band for a live concert even if the concert must be delayed for example) without having emotional breakdowns about it all the time. Everyone has moments of great stress but Pekora is just a menhera.
