I have never watch a stream.
I only watch clips.

You wouldn't say "discuss about" in this sentence. You would say "I will discuss vtubers around these clips" or better yet, "I will discuss vtubers solely based on these clips". You would use about if you said "talk about vtubers" or "post about vtubers".
English is complicated; you have my sympathies.
