There's a reason that people say she's the anime MC of Hololive. Hell, you could make a pretty good live-action/animated hybrid film based on her story with the climax being one of the numbers from her 3rd anniversary performance. Just the insanity of her trying to do ASMR, sounding like Donald Duck and having the upshot be that advertisers reach out to Cover with, "We want the duck!" is universally funny.

She's a friendly nice extrovert (without being weird) in a company of introvert menheras and she's a pretty good dancer in a company of otakus that never left their computer before.
That's basically it.
Why so many were crying at her performances? Well, they're good (choreography wise) but it's also because they're menheras. Just 2 days ago Pekora was crying because she couldn't announce her birthday live 1 day before, and a few days ago Suisei was crying because she got 2nd and other holo was crying (lui, i think) for performance reasons at the tourney.
I get the impression they're easy to get emotional.
